step into your astrology chart
WITH ALICIA

ALICIA YUSUF

Embodied Astrology Conference 2027

“If you want to know who you were in your past life, look to your present circumstances. If you want to know who you will be in your future life, look to your present actions.””

– DEMETRA GEORGE

Have you ever wanted to talk to parts of your chart — to hear their voices and understand their drives? At the Embodied Astrology Conference, Alicia invites you to do just this, as you step into your chart with Circle Work.

This workshop is your opportunity to have a conversation with your chart, using your body. Not only to understand yourself, but to lift burdens and disperse blocks that are hindering your potential.

We humans are complex creatures; especially our inner lives. Like an apartment complex, there are many lives that exist within us. When all these parts are on the same page, moving through life is generally smooth.

WHEN PARTS PULL IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS

Things get off track when parts of us hold negative stories about a goal we want to achieve, or old beliefs about an important choice we’re making. These parts pull us in different directions, so we either stay stuck, or head somewhere we didn’t consciously choose.

Astrology maps these patterns well. It translates the planetary positions at your birth into a language for how your inner world tends to move: where you’re driven, where you resist, where you protect yourself, where you freeze or push.

“It is our unexpressed sorrows… that, when left unattended, block our access to the soul. To be able to freely move in and out of the soul’s inner chambers, we must first clear the way.”

– FRANCIS WELLER

CIRCLE WORK - WHERE BODY MEETS CHART

Pioneered in Australia by my astrology teacher, Parampara Hughes, Circle Work brings your chart comes to life with you. You are invited to step into a physical representation of your chart you attend to what arises in your body — sensations, emotions, images, impulses.

In recent years, since training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, I’ve blended the two to help clients consciously integrate disconnected parts into a more cohesive whole.

what to expect

In this workshop, we will start with simple breathing and regulation practices to help you become embodied and present. Alicia will lead you through an experiential meditation and reflective journalling process, helping you identify and map part of your chart that need attention or understanding.

From there, the Circle Work begins and you will have the opportunity to connect and converse with that part of you. In small groups, you will be gently held with supportive guidance as you process, release, and integrate the experience.

I hope you’ll join us for this special weekend, and experience the
profound possibilities of Circle Work for yourself.
